It's a gorgeous house, but it was more emotional-driven and I got distracted from my usual pathWe went back to my first house but after a year and looking at my numbers, it actually is better for us to rent and get much more space and amenities so found a SFH to rent 10 minutes outside the city. 

Do the final move-out inspection without the tenants present or they will try to distract you or argue with you.

It's much harder to sell dog, cat and rat feces, green pools and toilets that continue to be used long after the water turned off.Many, many People on BP are either buying into a dream, an escape or a distraction.

But the real question is, are you the type of person who makes excuses or doesn't follow through or get distracted?

As a technologist, I am definitely interested in this stuff, but I do think it distracts a ton of would-be investors from actually getting out there and doing the work.

The franchise business shot us so far ahead of what we expected that we got rid of all the other business that was distracting us from the HVA focus.
