When I did find a deal this way, he was disappointed , especially after having a couple other friends go to other agents in the last year or so.

It does give me fuel, and I leave in disappointment if I haven't met anyone new with a story to tell. 

We had a contractor build a new master bathroom but were disappointed with the quality of the work and did not let him bid on any more work on the house.

What is very disappointing is that all of the wholesalers I am coming in contact with think that they are offering the properties to me at investor prices (75% ARV).... when in fact they are picking up their properties at 90% ARV and trying to pass them to me at 100% ARV.

That is a dissatisfaction rate of .00527%, which we are very proud of.That said, one disappointed client is one client too many.

So it disappoints me to see so much negativity on here.
