Right after they moved HOA started the project to redo all hallways (it is Florida so all outside) and sidewalks with the new cement.  7pm last night they allowed people to leave units and my tenant went with his wife who is in wheelchair outside.

The rail would certainly do the job of preventing a fall because we would fasten into the cement, but the manufacturer seems to be getting themselves of the hook and the buyer on it.So to conclude will LLCs do the job of protecting your personal assets or not?

However, in areas more likely to be affected by the water (like behind a tiled tub or shower surround), you should actually be using cement backerboard.

Neighbor's shed demolished by our tree, ripping up cement in a 1910 home to figure out why the cellar basement has been clogged since Truman was president, painting a fence because the neighborhood complained to the city that it was eye sore, replace a balcony rail on a half porch because a 100 year old tree used it to conveniently break its fall (at least that was the only damage it did).

The siding has been removed, I would replace it with fiber cement (vinyl would look ridiculous in the neighborhood)The floors have original the hardwood.

On future jobs, I plan on just getting a 5 gallon bucket, filling it with some cement, putting a 2X4 in it and mounting a motion sensor or 2, the keypad and having the base unit somewhere in the house.
