And on the dryer side, people would take a family of 10's soaking wet clothes and throw them in the dryer....all at once.....and break it..Eventually enough is enough.   

I was a kid in America that wore tattered donated or discarded clothes from churches and trash.

I'd want to track down the unassuming guy that drives an old truck and buys his clothes at Costco but happens to own a pile of properties.

You may just want to have the sales contingent upon clothing after 1 year.

IE vehicles travel personal home  clothes Toys etc..

I have a lot of my personal possessions at my unit that I own.. and i have a room and furniture and clothes and everything else there.

The iron destroys everything, washing clothes, toilets, faucets, everything gets stained or eaten through.
