We've been in the game for about a year now and i've seen some great deals mainly in Clay Co, Centerpoint and Huffman/Pension areas.

I'm kind of picky though.Just beware of the clay soils and basements - probably lots of leaky ones and possibly moved foundations.  

If they are cast, clay, or orangeburg use that to your advantage to get a lower price on the home.

@Clay Smith,  can you clarify what you mean when you say you can't pass on liability to them?

And then there's the problem with associating value with program offered.Not that much has changed since I was new, other than switching from clay tablets to writing on paper (and my iPad, perhaps).
