If the brushed aluminum handles for the plumbing access hatches get stolen, I know you already have replacements for them anyway.

I won't even touch a wall with a brush or roller anymore in the final coats.

So, doesn't really apply here, but I think that might be the next place to look after you brush up on the laws/CCs in your area.3.

But it's best not to paint a picture with too broad of a brush -- there are many quality manufactured homes built recently that will cost less to maintain then some older stick built homes.

I would especially do this if you are DIY with brush and roller.

At a certain price point the demand will decrease and so will home prices, assuming supply stays static.

I liked the color and it was easy to apply;however, I was disappointed in the coverage as the aged wood really drew in the stain.In both cases I used a brush to apply the stain, which was quite a lot of work.Best of luck!
