These guys show up in court as needed, they are litigators or defense types, black belts in court-can-do.You also have different matters to consider.

So from this logic, I'm hoping that I can at least get a few deals under my belt from my efforts!

Im a Young military invest with three properties under my belt and a strong appetite for risk.My Investor minded realtor always sends me deals and he recently sent me a listing for a 10 property portfolio of SFHs for about 450k.

I wanted to introduce myself as I'm a new member to BP, but not new to real estate investing.I am a wholesaler and rehabber with several hundred deals under my belt and it's great to be around other like minded individuals.

Before I started last year I never even heard of wholesaling, but here I stand today with deals under my belt, more properties under contract, and sky's the limit to what I can do going forward.

If you do decide to DIY, you should be able to get a free rental on the insulation blower if you buy enough bags of insulation from the building supply store.  

But I intend to get a few houses under my belt first, to save up and set aside for rentals I can sit on, without tying up funds for continuous flips.I don't have any professional experience in the field.

I want to do real estate investing because sooner than later in life I want to achieve financial freedom and work for myself, however I need a career to get some money and experience under my belt.
