The are getting married later, want to be around social situations and close to friends (very close) But as soon as they settle down a little and the word "Baby" is uttered in the couples vocabulary it is off to "Burbs" My observation it is not the McMansions any longer.

Usually that's fruitless, too -- the entire state of NJ has no useful info with the LLC data.So how would you solve this problem?

My wife Jean and I have a son who teaches and lives in China with his wife and darling baby daughter.

(obviously depends on grandma's timeline too)  The note would flow into grandma's estate and be subject to the will's directions to the beneficiaries.  

I wouldn't label it "epic slow" like yours, but if I didn't have a baby on the way, I could see how it would have turned into an ESRRRR**.

She's too nervous to touch our home equity as we just had a baby and she simply hasn't done any research (nor is she about to) on using home equity as a strategy for REI. 

I will send flowers if they have a baby, etc sometimes but honestly keep it business and you are MUCH better off.

My thoughts too. The

when you have parents that steal from their kids, and vice-versa; when a father will steal the family's rent money to go on a weeklong crack spree, and the wife calls the police because he just broke in to his own house to steal the baby seat and the microwave (to pawn it for more dope).

If something costs a couple hundred bucks, I certainly don't want to ALSO have to baby sit it.
