My insurance company says they exclude coverage for exotic animals and any dogs with a bite history.

As long as you stay in the better areas I think there’s plenty of demand for mid term rentals.  

Then supply and demand begins to happen, when the masses begin to think it’s too hard and go chase the new thing, supply and demand happens again.

Also research rental demand, particularly from traveling professionals, students, and medical staff.
