They will change out the panel at the street, and we trench to bring it back in to the house 150' and do hookup, Imagine if it were something difficult. 

I have 4 years experience in my current solo firm, which was far more successful than I imagined it would be.

Imagine that all goes well and you prevail against the owner swiftly, with your attorneys fees and court costs approximating $1,500.

I would imagine they'll want to see some financial docs/bank statements.

I'd imagine this is way lower maintenance than my other 2 duplex in the area that are 90 and 120 years old.

I got upset as you can imagine as I had told him before I expect to see inside EVERY UNIT and that I'm not  buying a half a million property without verifying the interior condition myself. 

On the other hand, if the area is known for mold and moisture due to the proximity of the ocean, and the house didn't have mold when the tenant moved in, and nothing is leaking (i.e. from another unit) and the heating/cooling system works, I would imagine it's either mother nature or the tenant that is causing the mold now.

For the people that want to put the situation behind them and start fresh, I can’t imagine many homeowners who would want to sign over the deed to you and continue to have the mortgage in their name while you promise to make the payments.

Imagine you get a problematic tenant to voluntarily leave, would you torpedo their exit?
