Is the ceiling vent functional?

So what is a real scenario where this becomes a real dangerous threat, more so than having the outlet function as a 2 prong?

It's a historic hotel made of brick and I'm sure needs some work but looks as though it's functional from day 1.

@Josue Vargas yes, the property currently has the solar panels...I purchased the prop via a Foreclosure sale so I don’t have much information on the type of panels, capacity etc. since so many people agree I should keep them I will be reaching out to a company to hopefully give me more info and see if they are even fully functional.

That would mean you would have to create and maintain multiple LLCs, which takes organization, but is doable.One consideration with that method (and check with an attorney) is I believe that each partner in the LLC has to have a function, and they can not be completely passive.
