If they wanted to stiff me for tens of thousands of dollars they could.Most people are going to pay but if you have a 100 unit apartment and 10% decide not to pay you are in big trouble or have to deplete life savings just to stay afloat.If people start thinking that it is their "right" to choose to not pay rent there may be some very disturbing trends.

I was the high bidder and was infomed that the Reserve was not met and I had a one shop opportunity to raise my offer by $5,000.00, so much for Auctions.I participated in another one in which I encountered "Occupied, do not disturb" , it will be your responsibility to have the occupant ejected and of course carry the expenses and hope you don't get a disaster of a house as you did not have the opportunity to inspect.
