BP Community—after talking with mold experts we have found that airborne Stachybotrys is rare (usually not airborne unless disturbed) and that even an airborne spore count of 1 will fail a test.

If you do find someone who needs to sell they know the market is  good and won't take your low offer because they know they can get more by putting it on the market.One of the most disturbing and telling actions of this company is that one of their 'stars' Pete and Dave of Flipping Boston won't even wholesale to their students.

This group of people are loud, raucous, and have many other people over adding to the disturbance daily it seems.According to the lease, (inherited from previous owner), my actual tenant was support be the only tenant, and is only allowed guests for 5 consecutive days.
