I think you are very wise to leverage the well-deserved housing benefits from the military.  

One, of course, is not knowing the neighborhood.Timing-wise...I've got travel plans for about the next 12 months or so (I currently work remotely 😍).

Aside from the extra paperwork,CPA fees, LLC annual fees, bookkeeping wise, it's pretty straightforward.Finally, you need it for banking purposes, so each entity has its own checking account, so each business would have it's own profit and loss.

Hi Vincent - If you're eager to get started with multiple projects right off the bat, it would be wise to look into borrowing in order to minimize your capital contributions.

Trying to save a few hundred or even several hundred on an attorney's fees is penny wise and pound foolish.The best outcome is that you can save some money.  

@James Canoy there is no guarantee  to find everything before owning the house.What James Wise says is an option, however what I have been told is air doesn't work to find all the breaks.
