We do four Zooms a week for REI (MON-Boston, TUE-Montclair, NJ, THU-Philly, FRI-West Orange, NJ) and one on Clubhouse on WED.

We also have the goal of buying our first property right before our wedding; so two purchases within a 8-10 month period.Our question is this... do we purchase our first investment property in one of our names, and then the other purchase our home 6 months later? 

The one common theme I see here on BiggerPockets is that deals can be find in any market.

This visitor mix is severely affecting sales which focuses on California- and Santa Monica-themed souvenirs.

Through listening to podcasts and different blog posts, it definitely seems to be a common theme that some successful investors wish they would've started earlier.
