I don't know Chesapeake, but where I'm located, a true 8 cap wouldn't sit on the market.

It sounded to good to be true.  

This is especially true with MFU. 

I know there are many variables that might prevent a true constructive feedback but I was hoping to get some insights and guidance from this platform. 

They came in a 6.375%, no loan origination fee, etc. and said I can refinance at anytime with no prepayment penalties, seems almost too good to be true.
