I can sympathize with the challenges of getting traction in the corporate world's job search process.

It's hard to say, as I'm still new and looking to gain traction, but at the moment I frankly feel a bit ripped-off, as it seems these guys aren't making enough hundreds of thousands of dollars annually doing deals- they need to add a coaching cash cow to their menu while preaching about the importance of being "go-givers".

In my own life, we are just really starting to get traction now because of lack of focus (we did have twins right in the middle of getting going though too!).

We rent out the stables, and I had the nursery rented but the tenants fell behind on payments and were evicted. recently the area has been gaining a lot of traction with the demand for truck parking and very little space left for it. 

If after a few weeks I don't gain any traction then its time to re-focus and try another market. 

Same with finding a renter, if he is getting no traction, keep lowering the rent until he gets some interest.
