The market is driven by tourism primarily March through October.

That's a big driver of tourism in the spring that could really help offset the seasonality of a lake property. 

You're in a great position to take advantage of the coming wave of tourism.  

With such a need across the US for affordable housing (not to mention the benefit for the property owner of having a cash generating unit if they want or need to house hack) I hope to see more states embracing this model!

Embracing the philosophy of getting in the game, making well-informed moves, and learning from each investment is the key to success.

Between all the developments that will bring huge sources of jobs and entertainment, new laws that will bring cash heavy investors, the airport expanding to account for all the recent tourism, and plans to build a new stadium for our growing sports franchise,  we are looking at exponential growth and change!

Thank you for reminding me that there is no rush, and I should embrace the journey at my own pace.

Since today is my "official" beginning, I can't really say what's changed over time, but I embrace change.
