What is your work background in?  

Just trying to get some overall opinion on online sites for applications and background checks vs going old school and having them hand fill out applications.

I know there are pros and cons to selling my primary home to my LLC but my question really goes a little deeper than just tax benefits:I am curious to know if I sell my primary home to my LLC regardless of tax benefits; and then rent it back to myself (through another LLC) … technically I don’t have a primary residence anymore so I could buy a Multifamily or Apartment complex as long as I am willing to live in one of the units correct?

Currently I’m using Zillow’s background check, and I’m screening all my  tenants  before they sign a lease.

Multiply that by 28% (technically you'd now be in a 25% tax bracket if single but bear with me) and your tax liability is $25,200.

Our current rent is $2600 I want to offer to pay $3000 for as long as she wants 1-15 years and then pay $600k My main question is whether that type of structure of offer makes sense legally or technically or practically.
