If you have "very little savings" and are struggling already to cover loans and notes that you have out.... and your family is concerned enough to "intervene".... you are not really in a position to "start your business", if, by that, you mean real estate investing.

The constant booking of tenants, cleaners, and upkeep of amenities and great photography would be my struggle!
