it sort of depends if your property is an A or C property  on an A you should almost always go with new stainless steel In a dilapidated apartment with low rents I might throw in a used $50 appliance and if it breaks just replace with another as repairing usually costs more tha fixing  Nowadays you can get a new stainless stove for $400-500 so you might as well.

So your architect should provide this.Plumbing - Bring your architect a nice lunch and smile and they can help you sort this outHVAC - you may need to pay a small fee to get an engineer on board (or maybe not - ask your architect)Electrical - if this wasn't part of your initial contract with architect you will likely have to pay extra for this.

basically, what i'm looking for is a direct mail solution that sort of works like an email autoresponder (getresponse, mailchimp, etc). i plug the names in once with a start date, and the software knows....for List A...here are the 6 postcards that will be sent out over the next 4 months at the following interval.Next List...lets say...the estates from the week ending 10/12...they get uploaded and the software is going to automatically move them through the progression of sending out mail.If they contact me or need removed....it simply locates them and removes them from the mailing series wherever they may be.

There are perfectly nice neighborhoods in the mid $400s plus that will be likely landing spots for Amazon Employees in south Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Rockville, North Potomac.I think the more well paid employees in sort of that $700k per year range are going to pool in Arlington, Mclean, Potomac, Bethesda.
