At this point, there's no way you'll have that done in time for someone else to move in on 3/1.The other option is to go in, take a bunch of pictures, clean the place out, put everything left in the trash, and hope for the best.

I don't know about Oahu, but here on Maui rentals are super tight and people are always having to move when the house they're renting gets sold out from under them.There is no shame in taking a break from investing to enjoy your money a little bit in your own home.
