I see no signs of this slowing.I’ve been suggesting the area bordered by West Blvd on the east, I-90 on the north, W 140 on the west and I-71 on the south.  

Has anyone did a DSCR with the company the Mortgage Source? How was it? When did you get the appraisal from them?I am curious to see.

Do you have any suggestions for good areas nearby that are suitable for BRRRR?

It was suggested that I use sound caulk for a second layer of drywall, but I think the asphalt board will help dampen the lower frequencies more.
