Kitchen- corelle, service for 8 only ,  extras will disappear, and use plastics- no one is not going to rent long term based on what is in the kitchen cabinets (students break glasses!). 

I've got a few:- Slight crack on the plastic knobs on a sink faucet.

We had one of those plastic kiddie pools that we used as an "exercise pen."

Plastic surgeon has a plumbing issue in his house and calls a plumber for help.

We buy nice cloth or pliable plastic ones, mildew resistant, not the cheap kind.

I make a plastic tray out of that thicker clear non-adhesive shelf liner to protect the cabinet from leaks.  

Not to mention the girl that showed up with here mom (very late) but they refused to get out of the car because they didn't like the area… Guess they didn't like the neighbors kids jumping into the pool with plastic chairs unsupervised?

Get one of those plastic fish ponds and place it right in front of the gate on your yard .

Maybe if the contractors put down plywood or plastic so no dirt or tread marks would take place or whatever.

Cameras that look like real cameras but are really just plastic inside and have a wire that you tuck inside the siding to make it look real.
