Are you planing on getting another right after or investing in something else?

Bookings are getting much better right now (spring break, easter and more planes are flying!)

MY advice is jump.....here is the thing if you are scared of heights they tell you to go jump off of something tall or out of a plane to cure yourself. 

@Jeff Petsche @lesley resnick  "I'm not even opposed to getting on a plane to visit the markets, set up some meetings and hunt for some properties while in town because real estate is my 100% focus".

I wouldn't under take that either unless i had my own cargo planes and ships leased out with a work permits and housing for a US crew.I have owned businesses and built commercial and luxury home properties in Turks and Caicos and the Bahamas. 

You don't even need to buy a plane ticket- you just hire a good inspector and you are good to go.

Each of the cottages are planed to be off-grid for minimal impact on the land we will be using.  

Get on a plane and visit the different markets you think you could invest.

Planing to join the local REIA group as well as getting out anywhere I can find more like minds.

You can't "profit share" unless you share a combined houshold incomebut you can rever business back and forth and give gifts (if the business is going more your way at the moment, buy him/her a pair of plane tickets and a hotel room someplace nice).
