I'm a newbie to the official FI movement.

Is there a way you can adjust your model a bit so that it self perpetuates in a manner more sustainable considering changes in your work/lifestyle preferences? 

I will not allow anyone to use my money for days when in fact movement of money is instant.

It's really just a matter of time before 2-3 of them get out and maul a kid, which is a shame, it's "owners" like this that perpetuate the breed as the problem.

Sounds to me like the insulation was installed incorrectly, and the pipes are outside the insulation, or there is no vapor/air movement barrier. 

As I indicated, most people do not accurately predict the market so who knows how good my forecast will be but I do look at the various indicators in my forecasts (vacancy, unemployment, population movement, available land, cost for new development, etc.).
