That law is usually for managing properties that aren't yours.

Hey Account Closed, it isn't a loophole, it is just the tax law.

I see that there is a real estate club that meets every 2nd Tuesday of the month at Primo's (it will always be known as Inn-Laws to me).  

Cleveland is a solid market, I also like a similar market of Dayton, OH which is 50 minutes outside of Columbus and has similar cash flow with more landlord friendly laws.

I believe it's my right to keep the deposit, is there some law or some thing I don't know about that would say otherwise?
