Its pretty comical right now to think about, I fire off offers at the drop of a hat now and do more weeding out sellers than chasing them these days.I think the real answer to the question is that the gurus and course sellers say its easy and you dont need money or experience when the reality is very different.

So I basically have two full time jobs, but luckily wholesaling is all about systems and processes, so I have multiple peopel working on that for me and throughout the day, in between land deals/commercial deals as a broker, I can put on my CEO hat and make decisions for the wholesaling company.
