Hello im starting out and this might sound like a dumb question but I want to know if you always need a real estate agent when buying a fix and flip property that you find by driving by it or is sent to you by a wholesaler or basically any other way than using the MLS?

with my commercial banks fico was not the driving factor it was experience collateral protection IE equity and Character with gov mit backed loans they could give a rip about character  its all about fico and DTI.

As soon as the notice is served that's when they'll start threatening to drive by your house on Thanksgiving.

There is plenty of affordable real estate within driving distance of your location..

Agents drive more traffic and do more due diligence for you.
