He wants to list them with us, but his current property manager, who has already attempted to sell them, requires that he list them with the property manager and sometimes an awesome manager is not a good listing agentI would stay out of the urban core, yes there are deals there, but those deals are often in the middle of run down owner occupied houses, boarded up houses, and vacant lots and most of the urban cores have no place for people to work, no place to shop or go out to eat making it tough to attract good tenants with jobs or who can afford to go out to eat or go shopping.Here in KC I like Johnson County and eastern Jackson County, North of the river and then south down 71 / 49 Highway, lots of development going south, always development and improvements in Johnson County, Kansas City Missouri Employees must live in the city, so most find homes north of the river, or in south KC.

C plus - north riverdale over by riverside drive, eastern hills, or south park.

On the eastern side of the county, you're close-ish to Denver.

Not many amenities, but very close to 295, Eastern Market etc.
