OR BP should delete these self serving threads.It is annoying to watch these folks sucker in the newbies. 

Some of the time I delete the conversation when it is done and other times I just leave it.It would be great if I could go to a person's profile and see the conversations that have not been deleted that involved the specific person.

They'll first delete the post and warn you and I think they might kick you out if you do it repeatedly.To end on a positive note, I love the fact that you're trying to do something beyond just buying and renting condos so, ultimately it's a matter of finding the right opportunity.

I hate get rich quick schemes as much as the next person, which is why I delete all their emails from these make $100k in 30 days with the push of a button gurus.

I have a proctor account and pay for insurance monthly.. also Zurick has the same type of add and delete monthly function... pro rata the rate is higher than a yearly premium.. so you save money if you can sell at 6 to 8 months... and in many of mine were we are 30 to 90 days we save a ton.
