It talks about just getting out there and starting but if you do not have a system in place won't you be running around like a chicken with your head cut off?

With 9 children, room for a couple cows, some chickens and a large garden is starting to look pretty attractive.

I think I'll make a genuinely low offer on the property and see if I can either write myself in some safety margin, or have room to wholesale the deal if I chicken out  :) Wish me luck!
