Just curious as to what type of return constitutes a good return on a STVR based on others experience.

@John CicilioniI haven't looked at the relevant statutes in a while but I believe a violation of the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act ("HICPA") constitutes a violation of the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law ("UTPCPL") as well.

The Constitution's protection of private property rights guaranteed citizens the ability to acquire, develop, and profit from real estate.

Fair Housing; Fair Credit Reporting Act; applicable EPA regulations; Privacy laws; IRS reporting regulations AND what constitutes an "employee"; if you will have employees, OSHA laws will become very important; contract law basics; Life Safety code; local building codes and permitting requirements; local Real Estate Licensing laws (at least basics, which may limit what you are able to do); and probably others that do not come to mind right now.

Again, what constitutes a turnkey company seems to vary wildly.

I have said this so many times 99% of Realtors have no clue what even constitutes a "good deal".
