If you are using a DSCR lender that is asking for a 1003, that is a red flag to go elsewhere for a better experience and usually better terms.Experienced brokers know where to go for the best overall client experience as well as simplest guidelines so get the deal done quickly and without trivial conditions imposed by the many wholesale lenders that specialize in agency loans that want to offer DSCR just to offer it.
