My parents car was nearly hit by a 25' tree - it actually brushed the back of the car.

However once I am deep into a deal I tend to brush it off and focus on getting the deal done.

From a Marketing Customer Service standpoint you don't want clients to feel like they are getting the brush off.

Look for people who have specific catalysts and are pulling their hair out, preferably in big clumps.Don't show up with hair spray and brushes.
