Maybe even the security deposit is not enough.Worst is when you have a tenant who doesn't pay, AND have dog damage.For me, there just isn't a reliable way to determine if you're dealing with a responsible dog owner who has a well trained obedient clean dog with no dog body odor.

I open each and do a quick scan primarily looking at price and area to narrow downing the list for some to take a second look at.

I found it by scanning Craigslist.

As a carpet layer I am sacrificing my body( I have knee and back issues) to provide the service you request.

The fact that there isn't much case law provides more security than having a large body of case law behind it, in my opinion - it shows that the laws surrounding the entity are clearly stated and people aren't willing to try attack the structure.

So while I do think new supply is coming into the market, it seems to be at a steady trickle.So I tend to focus a bit more on demand, and for that, mainly population (raw numbers of bodies) and employment (number of people able to pay rent or a mortgage).
