I look into this metric quarterly when Glassnode publishes reports on the percent of Bitcoin addresses that are “in the money” (at a profit).

It just seems like there will be many that fail to file their report and I just can't see the government really going after tiny businesses for so much money for something that is so easy to forget to do.

I filed a complaint with Department of Business Regulations as well as reported him to the Florida Licensing board.

I just had a demo of SyndicationPro & InvestNext - the immediate limit with Syndication Pro was my location outside of the USA.Going to trial (paid trial) InvestNext for a few months and will report back.

There are also more recent examples with advanced statistics showing this has been a great move in other markets.I grew up in the Sacramento area, and they recently moved the Kings' stadium to what was once a rundown downtown section.

I am a little shell shock from 1980s and older since things just break like my old 96' Honda Accord.Track Record & Past Performance:Evaluate the operator's past deals using third-party reports (e.g., CoStar, Yardi) - these cost 10-20k a year and again this is not in scope or access of LPs.Verify past performance metrics (walk past assets and secret shop their staff at assets) rather than relying solely on marketing materials.Visit comparable properties physically to validate rent assumptions.
