Personally, I would consider this "major negative cash flow," as you haven't even factored in the costs of insurance, maintenance, vacancy, administrative costs (like evictions, etc), any utility costs during vacancies, lawn care, etc.After you figure all those things in, you're likely much more negative in your cash flow than you think.

Americans are finally beginning to understand what is being attempted by the current administration and they are telling us in the polls.

I'm unimpressed by this especially when the Bush administration is no longer in power.

We toss in our costs (signs, newspaper/internet ads, printing/copying, etc.) and any other fees our Broker attaches (mine is a 7% administrative fee).

OK I am still coming to terms with the current administration.

Or, will the administration find another way to funnel the funds and call it something different?
