Note that you are out hunting but have limited experience, so wondering if they would consider keeping you on as a partner in the future if you are bringing them good deals.

I'm very serious about this business, I even got a real estate license in order to close my own deals.Can someone suggest lenders that work with inexperienced investors, and can finance p.p.

Numbers seem to be able to work, but being new to the mid/short term rentals makes me wonder.
