It seems unlikely that anyone you invite as a guest in your STR for 4/20 (weed) doesn't personally use other things or have visitors use other things & will actually stop at weed.

So the terms of service don't really talk about return visitors that I am aware of.

First of all, they already know that, secondly, what if the person who answers the door is a relative or visitor?

But his personal blog still got 700k visitors last month.

I have pictures, but no visitors.

What kills me is that when I explained this to our contact at the local visitors bureau - the guys who try to attract businesses to come and do conferences in Denver - they had nothing to say and offered no help in getting us set up.

The TRUTH is owed to every and all members and visitors to BiggerPockets. 

Are there particular things (like college or significant business that has regular visitors) you would want to make sure to have there?

We didn't know if we would have any bookings at all since it's in the "middle of nowhere" (which is what we named our space.)We have had a pretty steady stream of visitors over the past year and a half we've been doing it.

I have a lot of visitors and page views, but I haven't really figured out how to use it to make any direct money... :-) It's certainly helped me gain a good reputation, which has allowed me to find partners, lenders, etc.
