You asked how the rest of their application looks well this is what I have so far:Husband-31, Wife- 28 and Son-2Employment- both employed together making almost 4X,s rent of $1250Background- both have NO criminal background Evicitions- Husband has 1 from 7 years ago prior to marriage and Wife has No evictionsCredit Scores- Husband 676, Wife 690Personal References- They used parents as personal references mom and dad.

sometimes the records are not correctly indexed, sometimes people's names are misspelled, (happened on a property that I bought where my name was misspelled), or people's names change through marriage, divorce, remarriage, junior, senior, other extensions  etc.
