That's an REO, and there are HOA dues in that neighborhood, Madison Green.I work in this area.

I will be visiting Madison in a few weeks and would love to set up some meetings with property managers.

I like Jackson, but I prefer the surrounding areas (Rankin and Madison counties) because they have better school districts.

I work the Huntsville/Madison/Limestone area and I'm just getting into investing myself.
