In my own experience, when a tenant needs 2 jobs (not 2 people have 1 job each) just to make rent standards will ensure frequent repeated late rent payments.Consistent long paying jobs and income history is more indicative of stable rent collections.Keep looking.

Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.

I’ve seen buyers in situations like this secure terms for primary residence use compared to investors.. so it might actually work out in your favor if your buyer wants to live in the home.Funny enough, a friend of mine ran into a similar situation in Austin last year.
