does anybody have a list of all encompassing 'rules"i have new tennants ( a young couple 23years old) 2 months now they have paid early and all was well i thought,,,, i called them to say i was comming over to trimm a tree out frontit appears they had a new years party and i found numerous cigrette butts on the ground out front and a half smoked jointthis really pissed me off and i told them if i ever found any evidence of drug use again i would evict them this is not a party house it is a quiet residential neighborhood full of families the last thing they want to see is young 20 somethings out front smoking and drinkingi just got a simple free rental agreement off the internet and it does not mention any thing about smoking or drinking but their rental application said no smoking and they swear they made their friends smoke out side because they dont like it and they did not know who was out front smoking pot on newyears (yeah right)i guess i need to hit them with a detailed list of the rules,, i dont want a thrashed party house ,, we spent a lot of $ making the place nice :cry: :cry:

You are a dealer, there are some exemptions from Dodd-Frank but you also did construction on the property, that puts you in a different category of dealers.An RMLO might be able to help, but a 9 month balloon is out of the question IMO.Why don't you just lease it to them?
