I would say we had close to 100 candidates respond to the ads, ~15 show up to the open houses (but maybe another 5-10 that stated they still wanted to see it but had not made it to either open house), 2 submitted applications but only one not withdrawn, resulting in one hopefully great, long-term tenant (non-smoking, meet our income requirements, 7 years in their current unit, right reason listed for wanting to move (they want a yard for their 2 children and our rent is virtually the same as they are currently paying but now they will have to pay water (been Just over $100/month)), good employment history, no criminal history in their background check - they seem like a very good tenant but time will decide).Good luck

this is horrible .. you need to record a deed of trust in favor of your sweet neighbor which that needs to be notarized the NOTE does NOT need to be notarized does not hurt to do it but its not necessary.. its these kind of transactions that literally steal peoples homes and you could face criminal charges..
