Pigeon Forge City Council is voting in December on a 1.5% gross tax for short-term rentals as well.

I thought I read in the Sun that council had ordered city staff to “investigate possible time frames” after Rancho was all over it.

That gets worse when you add a 2 year permitting and council approval process.  

In one court room where I was present, but not a party to the suit, the appellant had a novice and ineffectual council. 

Tampa city council cannot meet tomorrow and pass a new law effectively putting us out of business.  

Speaking to someone on the town council confirmed this.

That is something that you should ask sponsors and your council. 

What alot of people don't understand is that the attorney works for you and is obligated to follow your directions so long as you are acting in good faith and not trying to pull a fast one, doing something illegal and they have an obligation to provide good council, it's up to me to take it or leave it.
