We've found that most, if not all, websites, apps, or widgets will charge some fee for accepting credit card payments. 

Advertising only consists of main websites: Zillow, Trulia, etc.

The website makes you contact sales, so I'm guessing it might not be feasible for a single unit.

I found some local people here through biggerpockets, then we also have a website and blog, I heard one lady gained several properties through social media marketing, and calling listings for rent by owner to see if they would be interested in switching to STR (hopefully I didn't just open a can of worms).

Also review the city website and make sure you know if the property you want to purchase is in a rental inspection zone.

What I see (from their website and from reading and interacting with them on BP) is the following1.

In Orlando, you have the opportunity to drive appreciation by buying a poorly performing, underdecorated STR at and drive appreciation by transforming it to a highly themed, well decorated property which books well.

I think this website focuses on creating docs for loans, not sure if it is specifically what I am looking for. i did use eforms.com to create a document.
