The upset number is the number advertised most of the time.

Sadly I understand the stupidity in the system and always put full stars like my "Auto Order of shampoo" was as amazing as the "Hotel stay where they upgraded me to a suite and gave me free room service" simply because the line was long and I had to wait all of 10 minutes (I wasn't upset or even had a stern look, they just offered).

Clearly i am very upset and confused at this point, any pointers on what to do from here?

Sorry if you get upset when people disagree, but if you truly believe that, you should be a heavy seller and out of the market the past 18 months.Like most people quoting articles, I think you suffer from a subjective bias, ie you quote people that agree with you and attack those that don't.  

The truth of the matter (and what makes us most upset) is that he is blatantly lying and his accusations are completely unprovoked.
