My wife's commercial construction company is having the same difficulty as everyone, across all trades.

And with modern technology like pricing and property management software it is relatively passive. 15-30 minutes a week.

Back then, which was only 10 years ago, prices had "dropped to lows not seen in a generation" and literally appraisers were having difficulty even identifying "the market." 

Prices are only going to go down and technology should finally get better someday.

And like many people, I am experiencing some difficulty in the process.

Given how overwhelmed the housing market is here in Portland, if scheduling looks too difficult, I may default to hers anyways.

I got into IT because of the teamwork and problem solving it takes as well as an interest in technology I developed when I was around 21-22.
