I do know if you bought the property for 14K, that could be used as a comparable sale and hurt your chances of pumping up the value.I don't care what you put into the property;  new windows, doors, floors, roof, HVAC, kitchens and baths, paint, plumbing, updated electric and a rotating hot tub on the roof, you will not get a portfolio lender to say the property you bought for 14K is now worth 127K in that short of a span (or they won't be portfolio lenders for long).
