Being in control of the contract, understanding the market you're buying in, and securing the right  price are the foundations of a solid deal.

So what's the better idea than a decentralized, enterprise, uncorruptible and secure and secure monetary network?

I have found a couple locations that are in Zone "X" and the price is right.

Currently in negotiations with Singh Development Company to purchase my rental home (as in condition-renters moved out) located in Columbus, Ohio with Seller Carryback Financing.

Something almost always comes up and that helps you be realistic when evaluating deals, securing financing, etc. 

My other project years back was searching for active businesses to buy, at one time laundromats, many located downstairs in mixed use properties.
